yey. pasko na. bilis ng one year wuhooo! eto ang unang paskong inde na ko makakatanggap ng regalo sa mga ninong at ninang ko. deads na. ako na dapat ang magreregalo ngayon. T__T

speaking of gifts, kakaiba ang gusto kong matanggap ngayon. break muna sa mga material things. for the past 20 years, puro material ang ginusto ko. iba naman muna ngayon. hehe.

pero bago yun, magkkwento muna ako.

kanina naisip ko na mukhang may crush akong bago. (yes! sino ito?) after some time, naramdaman ko na ulet kiligin kahit nilalabanan ko. nyahaha. ang sarap ng feeling na nakakita ulet ako ng taong pasok sa set of standards ko sa isang guy. (sino ba talaga ito? :P). pero napaisip ulet ako at tinanong ko ang sarili ko...

kaya ayun. nagtrigger na naman ung lungkot ko. madalas inde ko naiisip ang mga bagay tungkol dun. parang wala lang. parang inde ko sia pinoproblema... talagang inde! hahaha. bakit ako maglulugmok! hehehe. minsan lang ako maging keso pero may mga times na pag may trigger, sobrang nalulungkot ako. seryoso nami-miss ko sia. andun pa rin ung sana dumami ulet ang bonding moments. at madami pang sana kahit ba nasanay na rin ako, kahit papano, na inde na ganun ngayon.

kaya... ang christmas wish ko ay kahit ilang oras lang ng bonding na kami lang. ang term ko sa kain-usap-lakad-kape-atkunganupa ay BONDING lamang. ung kamustahan lang, tawanan. un lang. bonding lang talaga. imposible ba? inde! nagawa ko naman na to sa iba eh. at walang masama sa ganun. ang BONDING ay para sa mga magkaibigan naman di ba? hehehe. for friendship lang talaga. as in. ayokong isiping GUDLUCK, ASA PA, SIGE BAHALA NA. kasi gusto ko talagang mangyari. kahit once lang talaga. never pa kasi nagbonding ng kami lang. last wish for this year. sana magkakatotoo dahil eto ang ko-consider ko na most momentous event of 2007. hahaha.

ayun lang. pero pag nagkakatotoo to, alam na. YES! hahaha. oks lang, para matapos na din ung plano kong pagkatagal tagal na, andami ng nanggigiyera saken. nyahaha. hahahayzz. sana ibigay na ni jesus saken. mabait naman akong bata. hehehehe :P

Buhay Pa Ko Part 2

masaya na naman ako dahil for the second time, nakaligtas na naman me sa bingit ng kamatayan. hahaha. todo! nung tuesday lang, papasok ako sa opis. nakasakay ako sa jeep nun papuntang lrt2. tapos ung route eh dadaaan talaga sa riles ng tren. ayun late kasing naibaba dun sa riles ung mahabang bamboo to signify na inde na pwedeng dumaan dahil anjan na ung tren. kaya ang ginawa ni manong driver eh dumiretso pa rin sia. pagtingin naming lahat, halos katabi na ng jeep ung tren! hahaha. kung ibbase ko ung distance ng tren dun sa jeep eh katumbas ng 2 stretched na braso ni JM. seryosong lapit nia talaga. buti na lang inde mabilis ung tren pero totoong direct na tatama sia samen. hahaha. buti din inde tumirik ung jeep or nataranta si manong driver. kundi deads na talaga ako. ahahaha.

scary tuloy na dumating ung 3rd death encounter. hahaha baka totoong matuluyan na ko.

I have learned yet I'm getting bad: A technical and personal post

3 weeks of rushing the ScoreCard ground up was a shock for me. The original team needed another resource - and I was chosen to fill in the gap. I was happy in the beginning as it is one of my short term goals to experience a ground up project yet as the days progress, I really had a hard time, not really on understanding what I am supposed to fulfill but understanding that there are really different kinds of persons. hahahayz

Before I proceed with the rants, as this blog is meant to be written for, I'd like to share what I have learned after digging my head with c# data.

- Object Oriented programming rocks. I was able to put into action what was entered then thrown out of my head during the training. I have finally appreciated the benefits of OOP in the field. Once you are able setup an object's properties and methods, BOOM! everything follows. And I'm happy that IS came up with a good programming architecture, segregating database calls from business rules from the UI codes. Such archi presents a very clean code. all you have to do is call from one layer to another. And it's easy to debug because of the organized presentation of the code.

- Manipulating Lists really made me reach brain damage level 10. As an entry level programmer, it would be ok for me to manipulate Datatables in the UI after filling it with data from the database. Yet the project chose to convert data from Datatables to List objects. @_@ I was stuck by the time I finished the 2 inner layers. I am complaining to myself and to Don that I don't know how to manipulate them and the UI's still empty. hahaha. Good thing Emorej came to the rescue. wuhooo. Thanks much to Jerome, I was able to get a grasp on what I must do. Btw, what are Lists? Same as the concept of array yet List is like numerous arrays in an array. the T corresponds to whatever object such as User. TO further elaborate, let's say an object has data something like this:
UserID UserName Role
1 Kris Student
2 Makre Teacher

Each row can be treated as an array and the List itself is the larger container containing those arrays. Due to the full understanding of this, I was able to solve the task of dynamic export of search results to excel. Thank you very to much to Google for always being reliable. :P

- By implementing IComparable interface in your classes, sorting is just a click. Thanks to Master alex for sharing!

- By pressing Ctrl+K+C, the highlighted code will be commented; The use of regions will make your code look shorter. nyahehehe; If the upper layer presents an error of '...does not contain a definition' yet you're sure you have placed a code for that, all you have to do is clean the errors from the lower layers then build. It took me a lot of time to discover the latter. hahahaha

- You'll love Visual Studio .NET's 'GO TO DEFINITION' command. You'll not have a hard time finding where a function or variable is placed. use of 'GO TO DEFINITION' superiors FIND command. Thanks to Microsoft for placing their feet on somebody like me. Y__Y

- db db db. SQL Server is robust. Thumbs up. Wala akong maishare. Master Sol did most of the DB tasks. Hmm, trivia na lang. SQL Server can directly send SMS messages. For real. ^__^

Enough for the technical side, the project is like a team building. Yet my role is to only gain information from them. wahahaha. But I was able to develop my interpersonal skills. If they were to compare me to an object, it would be a QUESTIONNAIRE. Lahat ng bagay tinatanong ko. eh kasi inde ako marunong! amp talaga.

And now for the rant! Mwahahaha I already forgot my wrath. I stood to be quiet. ahehehe.


So that's it. The project, though my participation is nothing compared to the works of mighty Jerome, is very beneficial to me. Hope more ground ups will come my way.:)

Nanyate? Freshly Baked! Japan

Yakitate! Japan's (Freshly Baked! Japan) story focuses on Kazuma Azuma and his goal to create JA-PAN, a national bread for Japan itself. Starting to bake at the age of 6, he had created various breads using his legendary Solar Hands, hands having a warmer temperature than of normal hands allowing dough to ferment faster. Aside from his passion in baking, he has the ability to combine different ingredients through instincts and other people's experiences yet still creates delicious breads. He is also a math wizard (exaggerated mathematician. lol) and a very kind-hearted person (as most protagonists are).

Although baking is the main theme of the anime, outrageous puns and very funny reactions made by anybody who tastes breads are also other interests in the story. Very funny indeed.

Strengths:

1. Live demonstration of some of their bread creations. I think they have demonstrated twice. And I was amazed that a bread can be baked in a rice cooker. hahaha applause applause.

2. I believe this story took a lot of research work. Todo! Not only on the different dishes/ingredients compatible to breads, the different tastes depending on the country (especially Japan and France), but also the tactics to be used in creating the breads.

3. The winner connection of the reactions (pun) to the breads. Ang hirap iexplain because all of their reactions are in Japanese of course. Basta, they just connect. Naimagine ko nga how were they done on the Tagalized version. Wirdo kung japanese terms talaga ang ginamit sa Philippine TV.

4. The incorporation of other shows on the story. Sobrang winner. I'll never forget the parody of Naruto, Dragonball Z and Detective Conan. Even Lord of the Rings ginamit hahaha. Bangis nakakatawa talaga! ;))

Weaknesses:

Hehe pass. :P

As a whole, the story is awesome. You'll really appreciate breads after watching it. Nakakawili, nakakabilib, at nakakatawa talaga! subra! worth watching as in
